I was a former employee of Global Communications and want the truth told about the fraud, the debt and the terrible service Global Communications is providing their customers. Global does not deliver products on time and has trouble paying their suppliers. I know - I handled their A/P. Dana Bauer was my boss and was always late on paying me and her staff. I was with the company for 5 years. Dana Bauer would rather go out for drinks at noon than work. She got in car accidents while drunk but has not gotten a dui yet. She would take lavish trips with her husband to Mexico and Wisconsin while bouncing paychecks on a conistent basis. She hired a web master who steals content from other websites illegally.
Their company started out selling semiconductors but hired a "Will Arthur" as a sales manager who was a former pedifile and child molester. Wilson Arthur has a criminal record and was a 10 year restraining order against by his wife and his daughter. Will Arthur also was convicted of hitting a Florida Highway patrol Officer and was arrested and charged. He was hired in January and as soon as he came aboard the office became a mess. Will brought in drugs and sold them to Derek Hintz while on the job. Mr Hintz was so stoned on Oxycodone he would take images illegally from numerour websites and place them on the gauinc website. They have no warehouse and drop ship from supplier using chargecards. I know I paid the bills. Will Arthur also has a history or violence as he was arrested in 2010 for hitting his then former wife. This is all public records on the Pinellas County records system. Dana Bauer owed me and most of her employees months of back pay, bonuses. Due to the lack of jobs in this ecomony I was reluctant to look until I finally left Global last fall. I finally left as Wil Arhtur kept bringing in nude pictures of prostitutes he had sex with the night before. Will Arthur is a pervert and left due to his sexual deviancy and Dan Bauer being a constant drunk and never being in the office.
If you are a customer or a supplier, do NOT do business with these people. They do not pay their suppliers, they rip offf their customers and do not pay their employees. There are now three ex convicts working at Global in Clearwater and the place being supported by drug money. I am a very religious person and finally left mostly to Will Arthur's sexual advcances to me and other employees-male and female.
