Purchased this television (sc24lmubu4fr) on 12/31 from Tigerdirect, obtained it 01/06. Set it-up, went it shortly and within the the following month went it about 4 hours. Subsequently useless. First client "support" explained to vessel at my cost, after my squawking they provided "reduced cost delivery." After I endured, on 2/7, a free shipping name was authorized. Six outgoing emails, several incoming emails, three calls towards the outsourcing call-center but still awaiting a delivery tag by 02/08. Smooth refusal to place me touching people assistance.
