Purchased a tv and paid it off within 3 months, but did not keep the receipt. When phoned regarding my purchase and told I owed money I advised the woman I had paid in full within 3 months and that I did not owe anything. She advised me of an employee who had stolen cash payments and apologized. Two of my payments had been made in cash. A month later I was told that since there was no record in the computer of my payments, that I still had to pay those payments unrecorded.instead of the franchise eating the loss, the management had me pay for their employees' theft, or maybe their own scam! In the interim I moved to another state but the store harassed my ex-husband until he gave them the tv back. I had paid $600.00 and they took the tv back from him.
