Terrible Customer Support besides delivering faulty products... Delivered faulty bds worse then originally to repair my Television. After I named I quit many communications without any return telephone call to get a month. Livechat on the site is definitely along with no one actually reacts. Delivered bdis in NOVEMBER but still haven't gotten a credit. Evertime I really cope with all I get is just a large account. Nowadays I had been informed ohhh we believed you needed a trade not really a credit. They'll now inform sales and attempt to obtain the credit authorized??? Its been 2 weeks but still awaiting a credit!
