The operate like this if you post a product request in alibaba many suppliers will email you their offer, sometimes with attachments of their products. Now these scam artiste i dont really know will send you their own offer as well and after long negotiation if you pay they will run and no longer mail you when they mail again it will be to tell you that the money you paid is not enough to give you genuine products if you make the mistake of paying the updated money they will not contact you nor send the said products. This is precisely what they did to me
