Originally ordered a sony dcr pc330 and a warranty and they ask me to call them to confirm order. I called the up and this guy Tommy talked me into getting the trv kit so I could avail of the free rush shipping and so I did. They charged my account $100 over the original quote.
So I called them and all he tells me is that I am a liar and thats the price that we agreed upon. The sum of camera and the trv kit is $100 less than what they charged me. They can't say any explanations. The shipment came and I refuse delivery.
The following business day, they called me and they were so nice talking to me and they said that they will credit my account $100. They ask me since they are crediting my account, can they ship the camera and the kit back to me. Being considerate and avoiding any problems I said yes.
Shipment came and to what I expected, they sent me camera and some items from the kit. I called them up and questioned them about the missing items and all they can say is it's not the kit that I ordered. I ask for an RA# and he told me that they don't accept returns on cameras. I am still in the process of disputing this problem with my credit card company.
I am so upset and disappointed with the way they communicate and how uncooperative this company is. I hope that a lot of people read this so you can avoid doing business with this company.
