I didn't get a reaction for another 4 times. The reaction was "we shall forward your request towards the suitable department." again another 4 times passed without any reaction and so I sent again without any reaction named the telephone number I came across using the BBB without any solution, only a saving declaring to mail. I'll never conduct business with again and could recomend you preventing this selle
