Echospere Dish charges consumers $5 per month if they do not connect their receivers to a land based phone line

This is easy to verify. Dish network charges their customers $5 per month if their receivers are not connected to a phone line. I was a Dish Dealer for ten years and always stuggled with this knowing that customers were being ripped off to the turn of $60.00 per year and there wasn't anything you could do about this. When was the last time you saw a land line in someones home? Dish has between 10 and 20 million customers paying an extra $5 per month. You do the math!
