Lied to numerous times. Hung up on when they could not answer questions. Constantly transfered to someone else who could answer the qestion

Cricket wireless has cost me thousands of dollar over a problem i was lied to about numerous times and told was fixed. After about 8 thousand in losses they offered me 10 dollars for their mistakes. Sent me on wild goose chases to offices in my city that did not exist and said they could handle the problem. You've been warned
