I have called the lg support line 2x now asking for help - first issue was tv not powering on and most recently on January 6 for my 5 disc dvd players remote not turning on or off the player or adjusting the volume. Both times i was told it was a faulty unit and call the lg number of the service number, both times I just pulled the plug out of the socket waited 10 mins and worked perfectly. Not sure why the answer right away was to call these 2 numbers. Can't wait to sell my tv and dvd home theater and go with another brand - the support is completly useless.
