I was using this cell phone service. First, my phones were not working right and not set up right. Then the billing was never correct according to the plan I had. Whenever you try to reach their customer service you are on hold for a minumum of 30 - 45 minutes.

If you do get to talk to someone, you are usually referred to someone else and start the hold thing again. Or they say they will help and you find out nothing gets done and you have to call back again and start the hold thing all over again.

The last thing they have done is not send a bill for several months, even when I have repeatedly called and told them this. Then they send a bill for four months time, because they were supposedly changing their billing system, with no correspondence letting customers know this.

They do not even send a list of calls, just an amount you are to pay. When I call or email I get no response. And the way their bills have been in the past, you know they are probably wrong. Luckily I have cancelled their service, but I would like to let other people know how they treat their customers.

There are better companies out their. No one should have to put up with this.
