I received a message on my answering machine from MCI Worldcom Wireless stating they have received a copy of my complaint, have closed my accounts and have brought all balances to zero. This is in response to a typed letter I sent to the following address, after several frustrating attempts to resolve things through the "customer service" 800 number to no avail:

I suggest that other customers that are having trouble reaching them by phone should also write to the above address. Enclose photocopies of invoices or other paperwork and give a thorough explanation of the problems you are experiencing and what you want them to do to resolve it. It might help.
