An online auction. I paid for -not won - wireless surround system 12-26 Internet

Paid for, not won an wireless surround system 12-26. After several months of phone calls and e-mails, the only response I received was "In Process".

Several more months of the same, then they claim to have shipped my purchase and would not reship even if I paid for the S/H fees.
