I ordered a pup control collar in good faith and paid for it no tracking numbers were assigned to the goods whch never arrived The email address provided by the company is invalid and no phone contact numbers provided with the receipt meaning its impossible to complain directly to the company No names of individuals employed by the company have been provided iether.
