Rongstar Digital inc. Sent wrong product, cannot get a respond

I ordered an LCD display from rongdepot.com and as usual the paying process went flawless. After 5 days I got the item via postal office.

The issue is that I got the wrong LCD display. Immediately I try to call them but there is no answer, just a voice mail. I left a few messages already asking them to call me back to resolve this issue. I have not gotten a respond yet.

I also sent them a couple e-mails but again, no answer. I have no other options but to report then here on this site, since I live in South Dakota and they are in Chicago.
