Green Picture on Mitsubishi 65 Inch TV Under Warranty

Does anyone phone what phone number to call if you bought a warranty through Best Buy - 4 year warranty for a 65" Diamond Mitsubishi HDTV? The TV was bought in Wichita Kansas and the picture is turning green and when the border is on the border is no longer black it is green!
