I'm totally unhappy with how Rent A Center works together with clients. I bought an acer notebook about 2 weeks before, and also have been producing bi weekly payments onto it. I simply dropped my work (because of the economy) and informed Rent A Center of what had occurred. Next issue I understand, they're delivering their employees to my doorstep to gather the pc or even the cash - combined with the next 14 days cost. Along with that, they named EVERY ONE of my referrals and emergency contacts. That is 8 people!!! How uncomfortable!!! Therefore today, my entire household and good friends understands what is happening trigger Rent A Center contact them atleast twice each day!!! Ugh! I'm so annoyed and tired of this location... I'm returning my notebook and certainly will never speak very of rent a center!
