I went to the local rent-a-center in my area of Pittsburgh, Pa (Belleuve) I selected a computer an a x-box to rent to own. I an my Husband filled out the paper work only to find out that another rent-a-center let someone else use my name an social security numbers on several differant things. As in living room a large screen TV an a notebook. Of course we left the store very upset an completely confused. I main office was made aware of this fraudulant activity an said we could go ahead an get the items we wanted in the firest place. I have yet to hear any kind of appoligy from this company. I hired a attorney an his advise was to stop any an all payments on my purchases. Now suddenly they are calling non stop to me an my childern. I an taking them to court over this entire event. My advice is stay away from rent-a-center because they have no concern for me an my use of identity to whom ever they let use my name to rent property an never paid a dime for all the things that they were given.
