I bought a LG290C camera phone from Tracfone at Walmart with the intention of being able to take pictures, later I find that you cannot get those pictures off the phone, a choice that Tracfone programmed into the phone to force you into buying ringtones and wallpaper from them only, this information came right from LG about that model phone. So I came across the once in a lifetime picture and after was offered 1.8 million for the three I took, much to horror I find it is imposable to transfer those pictures off my phone in any way. So I have loss 1.8 million because of Tracfone's greed. Now they will not either give me a way to get them off my phone nor will they give me the 1.8 million I am now without. So now I am heading up a class action lawsuit, if you have this phone or one of the 21 other phones that they also programmed in this manner, you can be part of this class action suit. To be included in the lawsuit you must send an email to me with you phone model number only not your phones number or it's serial or it's esn number, in fact do not include any personal information in your email at all. Also you will never be asked for your personal information threw email, and you will never be asked for any money because the lawsuit is on a consignment and you do not pay anything unless you get paid.in your email only list the model phone you have, no name, address, phone number, serial number, or esn number, that will be collected later when the court that will be hearing the case is known, and then you will be sent a return email with the courts name and location and the clerks phon number, when you must verify the clerks phone number befor you call them and they will tell you who and how to contact with further information, but even then you will never be asked for any money, you pay only when the case is done and you win your cut of the case.
