I do not know why I even bothered to go to Home Depot in Issaquah, WA. The past few times I went, I could not get help from the staff to find parts. This evening I went again (a big mistake) with a burner part, and the staff told me they do not sell the stove part.
When I tried to explain that I had a question, she was not pleased that I would not just go away. She told me she was busy and was the only associate in the appliance area. So I waited, and she finally called for an electrician in the store to come help me. Well, guess what? No one showed up. I waited for a while and just gave up.
And guess what I found? I found the burner parts on a shelf for sale, after the staff told me they do not sell them. They probably do not want my business, and I will be glad to go to Lowell's where I can get some service and give them my business.
