For the most part I've been very satisfied with T-Mobile customer service, rates and offers.
BUT their tech support is terrible.
Other than recommending turning off the hand set or taking out the battery for a frozen trackball, they quickly move on to say that I needed to purchase insurance and/or a NEW PHONE.
The calls sound far away, like they are out-sourced overseas, with often a person with a heavy accent or who barely understands English doesn't help.
Granted, if I had the phone a long time or I had damaged the phone I would have BUT this phone is a new phone!
VERY dissapointed with T-Mobile. Wake-up! Hire REAL Tech support T-Mobile!!
