We were roped into buying a Samsung LNT4671F In January along with a $500 extended warranty. We were never given any information about the warranty, or even the phone number. This past month, I finally got the warranty phone number only to find out warranty has expired. For 2 years we have been getting white dots on our TV especially after watching something recorded. We have troubleshot, by upgrading the cables, sending the blueray player back for service, and swapping out the DVR. The problem worsened over time. Very frustrating. The store only wants to sell me a new TV! Not happening! The warranty company wants phone logs from the store that I complained about this problem, the store does not keep phone logs. Major communication problems!!! That leaves me very angry, and having to reboot my tv every time we watch something to make the white dots disappear. We will never buy anything from hh gregg again!!! We want our tv repaired/replaced at their cost with a tv that meets our needs not what the tv is worth now! The newer tvs do not have the sound quality and picture our has!
