What has happened to Dell? I ordered a laptop and printer in late July due to work needs. I needed the items fairly quickly. I was emailed a delivery date only to have another email state the delivery was delayed. It was so delayed that I called to cancel the order. I went to staples to get the needed items.
After notifying Dell to cancel, I received a prompt email that the items were shipped! I had to go through the process of returning all the items. I received the appropriate shipping labels and instructions from Dell. I returned everything as instructed promptly. Mysteriously the lap top was received at the warehouse but "rejected"
Dell is now hounding me and has attacked my credit with a horrific amount of surcharges and fees that I must pay!!!? Are they f$#King kidding me?
I made over 8 calls to Dell (India) and was met with hostility and indifference by Dell India. I must now wait another 24 hours for customer "care" manager to contact me. Meanwhile they reported my
"NONPAYMENT" to the credit bureau.
I have been a Dell customer for over 10 yyears. I have purchased 2 previous computers and a lap top and 52 " tv. Everything was paid in full. Never a late payment. I was treated rudely and like a criminal by Dell.
I will never purchase from Dell again.
I hope Gateway is listening.

I will escalate my complaint to the highest level in Dell, hopefully in the US. They have become a terrible company.
You suck dell.
