We bought a front-load machine and dryer in 1999 from Sears, I Have attempted on telephone to obtain support with issue device quality ISIS inadequate. The bathtub index (trans) totally oxidized and came apart. I am a professional washing technician for 26 years. The only path I will buy component I want would be to buy fresh bath construction. No body at Sears might provide me any help. The equipment includes a 25yr warranty on engine and sign. Their telephone, customer support and guarantees are a laugh. Thanks.
