Took my money and never shipped the items!

I attempted to purchase a Peavey Amp online from them. I sent them the money but they never shipped the item. I sent multiple emails requesting information (is it back-ordered? Estimated ship date? Anything?) no replies were ever sent. They have just kept my money.
