I was looking for a place to fix my laptop (The outer part of my laptop was damage only). I was telling him this and he keep on acting as if he didn't hear me. Then he open a chat box and told me to write what's wrong with my computer. When he finally read what i wrote he said sorry, but asked if I wanted him to check my computer anyways. I said okay because my computer has been shutting down on it own. He proceeded to check my computer and said o my god you have 7 thousand and something virus on your computer. He showed me a box and it showed my name 5 times with different addresses. Then he said, "it could me a terrorist trying to hack into my computer" (there's been talk on the news of peoples phone being hack and bank accounts too) and so I said I would pay. At first the price what 2 hounded and something, but then it changed to $360 something dollars. When they did what ever they did it showed that I have 71 virus on my computer (he said there where 7 thousand and something virus) and when all of this was happening I was talking care of my daughter.
