So I bought the Beam 1 vps (virtual private server) from photonvps.com for 11$ ($10.95) I thought I would be able to run rsbuddy (a runescape bot client) on it, but not enough ram. I submitted a ticket for a refund and I recieved a few emails from their head of operations (refer to the photos). She would not point out to me a specific place where it said it was illegal and would not give me a refund. This was also within the 30 days, only 4 after I bought it!
