We've had a house support contract on our Coleman Air Cond & Heating Device because we bought it. Lately we've experienced extremely poor service. On July 7 I required preservation on our device. I had been told somebody might contact me in 24 hours. No-call. I called back on July 9th and was informed somebody might call-back in 24 hours. No-call. I called back on July 14th and was ultimately provided a scheduled appointment on July 31st, the very first available period. Cause being there's just one support technology for this whole area from Northern of Texas and he just providers the Lawton region once every fourteen days. On August 5th, arrived home to hot-house, device choose to go out. I named Sears plus they stated they'd matter a crisis demand to all their detailed technicians. Meanwhile they recommended me I really could venture out and hire a lightweight device, purchase it and Sears could pay me.
