Bought an expensive camera, never received the tracking number even after repeatedly asking the rep. He would only say when it would be delivered. Was overcharged for the memory card (returned it for refund), not sure it was even the right card (charged $120, found same online for $30). Never received itemized invoice, still do not know how much each item cost, they only give you total and add other charges to it, like insurance, without telling you. Not sure they can be trusted.
