This is the WORST internet store I've ever had an experience with. Here is why:
AUG 2 - after seeing that the items are in stock, I order 2 Panasonic batteries for portable phones.
Payment is handled by Amazon.com.
AUG 3 - received email saying items are actually not in stock: "... We are expecting a
Re-supply truck to arrive with more stock in 5-7 business days" I responed that I'll wait.
AUG 10 - a large package arrives from antonline, way too large to be the batteries I ordered.indeed, they shipped 2 walkie talkie units that cost over $300 (about 15 times the cost of the batteries).
AUG 11 - I notified them of the error and they emailed to me a shipper.
AUG 12 - I mail the package back.
AUG 14 - I call customer service (talked with Damien). He said that they had already mailed my batteries after they saw that their mistaken package was in transit. He promised that I would get the batteries no later than AUG 19.
AUG 23 - after not receiving the batteries I called customer service again, this time Sherri answers. She said that their policy is to ship the batteries only after 7 days from receiving the returned package to ensure that there is nothing wrong with the content of the package. When I asked to talk to a supervisor she hung up on me. I called again and this time I was transferred to a guy in shipping who is rather rude, does not offer a clear estimate of when he intendes to ship and refuses to use priority mail. At this point I asked him not to bother and cancel the order. I also notified Amazon (who processed the payment) and they have filed a complaint.
I was going to purchase a pile of office equipment. Now instead I will tell the world of how aweful these guys are and never spend a penny at this store ever again.
