Deposit Refund Delayed Since July, Claim Handler Away for a Week

We have been trying to get our deposit back since July. One lady says it left back Nov
and then the lady that handles the claim is going out of town tonight for a week. And
it was sent out in July. And now it is 6 months later. Ella
