What a nightmare this company is to deal with. I bought a 5.1 surround sound system for $79.99 plus shipping of about $20. Seems like an awesome deal until there's a problem. I checked the shipping carrier and they claim they delivered the package to my super, which was in Greece so don't know how this is possible. This cheap company won't spring extra money for insurance or signature on delivery, and does not offer this option when ordering. After going back and forth with this terrible company, they offer me a deal. Get this, if I agree to pay for half the item again they will ship it out to me. I tried to explain to them that their issue is with Fedex and not me, and they said they have no issue with Fedex. Of course they don't, since they never paid for insurance or signature on delivery they know their cheap ways might cost them. I would never deal with this horrible ripoff company. They are thieves and as long as they have your money, you will get nowhere with them. And just when you think all of this is bad enough, you get nothing but rudeness and condescending attitudes from them. Stay as far away from them as possible.
