Extreme care when looking into verizon wireless support. Workers out-right lied to acquire our account from their rival. First they said we'd obtain a 15percent discount because my company was with verizon. That converted into a5% discount. They offered insurance about the devices & informed us it'd cover the telephone 100percent with just minor shipping charges. After 9 weeks a telephone got wet & they needed $180 to displace the telephone.
They really messed up the billing and had people spending money on one telephone twice and created one more consideration. It took several hours & weeks to straighten out which however price us cash. Their standard response to everything is"i'm sorry & i will understand your problem" nevertheless when it gets down to solving issues, they've no real solution. I neglect to know how anyone could work for a business that values their customers so small & treats people with such malice.
