Delivery was slow and Turntable Basics did not return an email inquiry, nor did Turntable Basics send an email indicating product was shipped. After three weeks I did receive the turntable belt that I had ordered. The product was of good quality and fit perfectly. Better service could have been provided if Turntable Basics sent an email indicating, "Delivery will be delayed because..."
