Fixed Wrong problem

Our Whirlpool washer quit working. After I planned a scheduled appointment, the man was hrs late, but I recognized that prior appts had survived longer than anticipated. We INFORMED the man that people had observed a fix signal about the digital diplay. And told him exactly what the signal was - a poor solenoid. Nevertheless, he identified a defective water pump, which he, obviously, did not have on his vehicle. Therefore, 4 nights later, another man turned up. He was irritated, changed the push, but suggested he did not believe that really was the issue. While he quit he wanted us, "all the best." Fourteen days later, we'd the initial issue using the device — no energy. I'll be calling them within the A.M. And that I won't spend any extra support cost, because we-don't understand when the push really was defective or when the first man was simply inexperienced. Obviously, the 2nd man who wanted us best of luck, was also an idiot. I believe I'll be creating a phone to my conditionis customer criticism department within the state Attorneygeneral's office. Whirlpool wants another "factory-authorized fix" option in my own region.
