I purchased a replacement phone at Verizon Wireless on Saginaw Street, Lansing, MI 15 days ago. When I purchased the phone I had to spend an additional $100 because the phone I originally wanted they no longer carried but still displayed it for-sale. Deceiving on their part, removed it if you no longer carry it. I also had to pay full price for the phone since I didn't qualify for a discount whatever. So I spend $300 on a cheaply made phone instead of $200 on the one they no longer have. Well my phone was found and mailed it back but here's the kicker you only have 14 days to return the phone you purchased not 15. The store manager makes the call on returns passed 14 days and Matt would not agree to take the phone back. Matt's store can not re-sell the phone but he cannot re-sale the phone anyway if I returned it within 14 days. So what the big deal on accepting the phone after 15 days? I haven't been in this store in awhile because the employees appeared annoyed when helping customers in the past and doesn't seemed to changed over the years. Shame on me for thinking it would ever be any different. Matt you are terrible as a Customer Service Rep Manager, you Should really look at the stores in Okemos for customer service tips. You really could use some!
