I bought a brand new Rancililo Silvia V3 coffee equipment through Contemporary Caffeine Styles (MCD) toward the finish of April. I receievd the equipment in early May and began having issues using the device dripping water almost instantly.inside a couple of days the supply-line line in to the furnace broke, and also the device sprayed water everywhere.

I called MCD plus they called me to Kingdom Satisfaction to possess my device fixed. I delivered my device to Kingdom Satisfaction, which price $30 in shipping that personally, I needed to spend, they set the issue (allegedly), that was protected under guarantee, after which they delivered the equipment back again to me, which obviously I again needed to pay the delivery.

24 hours later after I obtained the equipment, I flushed the machine and realized that the 3 way soloenoid device was not operating enjoy it used to. I also realized that the push was somewhat higher than typical, but I stayed positive when I organized my first chance. The moment I ripped my first chance, water began flowing all around the spot again, this time around from the seperate location, but again it had been dripping, and heading all around the ground.

I called MCD back wishing they might substitute the equipment however they referred me back again to Kingdom. After waiting about 3 hours, I eventually got your hands on the "ground supervisor" who had been totally unsympathetic with my issues, contended with me concerning the proven fact that the 3-way solenoid valve wasnt functioning, and really was just thinking about saying Kingdomis organization guidelines and methods to me, in the place of help me.

Its bad enough that I've had a dreadful encounter having a apparently top quality device, but its insult to damage when I've invested $650 (plus $60 in delivery for warranty repairs) on the machine thats had only issues, and Kingdom doesn't have curiosity about being versatile and working wtih me to resolve my issue.

Summary: Empire Satisfaction has really poor customer support. Its sad that Rancilio Silvia has selected a business like Kingdom to become its experience of the organization within the U.S. Due To Kingdom, I'll never purchase a Rancilo item again.
