Sold me a faulty item when I returned it for exchange they denied recieving it

The ebay store is called accmonster, I bought a replacement
LCD for a sony camera.

The part arrived, was nothing like the picture of the item
listed. And did not work at all.

I was told to send pictures of the faulty item
and send it back with a RMA number which I did but stupidly did not send the
package tracked which they say is the preferred option.

They are now telling me I never sent it and will not send me a replacement until they receive the
package.

A very clever operation they are running they now have my money and
their piece of junk as well which they will no doubt palm off to some other
innocent victim.
