Sold us a brand new appliance that does not work

This online company sold us a brand new Frigidaire refrigerator that has never worked. A repair guy has been out 3 times with no luck. Three weeks of melting ice have ruined our hardwood floor.US Appliance was no help. They only send us to Frigidaire. I will never buy appliances online again.
