I purchased two SurfDrive Flash Drives (Part #EPSURF2.0/2GBCR) and two Forum Flash Drives (Part #FORUM-RC/2GB) from buy.com. I bought two of the drives on Dec. 5th (One Surfdrive and one Forum Drive) and the other two on Dec. 7th (One Surfdrive and one Forum Drive). The first two drives had two rebates per drive (Offer #127 for $20 and #128 for $5.05).
The other two drives that I bought on the 7th had the same two rebates plus a third bonus rebate for $7 (offer #129) good for that one day only. The $20 and $5.05 rebates state in the terms, "Offer limited to two rebates per ACP-EP MEMORY part number per name/family/address" and the $7 says the same thing only limit one per part number.
I sent the rebates in but was denied two of my four $20 rebates, one of my four $5.05 rebates, and one of my two $7 rebates. This makes no sense. With the exception of the $5.05 rebate, it is as if they limited the rebates to one per part number instead of two.
I have emailed their customer support twice but they have not responded. Here are the links to the rebate forms:
