Product stocking issues, no one answers their phone or e-mails

Ordered what looked like a very sweet deal on an NHT Absolute speaker for $101.25. The MSRP is $230 while most retailers are selling this item for $175. Even with the absurd 30% S & H fee of 30.83 plus $9.87, it seemed like a good buy at $90 below retail.

Ordered the item, which showed to be in stock, on 6-19-11. Never got an e-mail confirmation which I found to be rather unusual per my past experience. Called them on 6-20... Got voice mail with a promise to return all calls within the same day.

Not hearing anything by 6-21, called again and got the same message. Waited a couple of hours after checking to make sure that my Visa card had not been charged. Called again and got the same voicemail message. At this point I logged into my account with them only to find out that the product was "out of stock" and that my order had been cancelled... Yet still no e-mail from them. I also tried sending them a message with a "live" operator with no success.

I then did some checking on the net and found several similar complaints. I filed a separate complaint with the San Francisco Bay Area Better Business Bureau who had 5 complaints about this company.in all my 30 plus years of doing business over the phone/internet, this is the worst service ever.
