This company will give you the run-around w/o accountability.
In my business, smartphones are vital - to be without one for a day is brutal. They company promised to deliver a replacement phone to my home on Saturday, via the Verizon representative in the store - who filed my claim, and when I called Asurion directly an hour later.in fact, they doubled my delivery time and cost me an extra day because of where the phone was shipped.
It was obvious that they have zero competition because their phone manner is basically "yea, that's too bad sir." I need an alternative to this group, bc I'm cancelling my policy - be wary... For what you get, their deductible is high and their premiums are absurd.
