Circuit city has a price match policy of 110% if an advertised price is lower than what they offer at a local store. Well after purchasing a $500 tv from them i found an advertised price of the exact same make and model for $450 from a local competitor. So i thought this was going to be easy to receive the difference.
From the moment of bringing up the phrase PRICE MATCH to the CS ass all i heard from him was reason after reason why they couldn't price match. Than the store director LUIS tried to help me. He too wouldn't honor CC price match. I meet all the terms of there policy and was denied because LUIS decided he wanted to make his own rules and terms so he wouldn't have to pay me the $60 for price matching. These people think they can hide behind a large national chain's name and get away with whatever they want in there stores.
