These people never return calls, cant fix sh*tty products they sell
i bought a 4.000 dollar, thats right 4 thousand dollars and it lasted 6 months and has been crashing multiple times a day, evry day and they had it for a month and fixed nothing and now have it again and can not fix, with 4 year extended warranty that says they replace defective sh*t, they dont.
Stay away... You will get this dip named allen when your polished terd comes to you and lasts for a few months and then you are f&^%ed.
I requested money back and a new computer which i deserve sence it crashed, complete lock down after 6 months, then they had it a month, got it back and it crashed again 10 minutes into loading office back on it. Remember i bought a 4 year extended warranty for an extra 500 also but everyone there forgot about that and keeps trying to fix my shit that i needed working they second after it broke, were almost on one year of it being a locking up, not shut downable computer with blue screen of death every other day.
This is insane. I only hope a ;laywer wont cost me asw much as the pos computer, tp thier credit when it ran right, it was a tight, great computer but it should be for 4k. What sucks is i have been pushed to blasting them here and having to warn others because they dont care about peoplke and thier lives and needing thier computers they paid 4 thousand dollars for h*ll i know people that will cut your throat if you f*&k them out of 500 bucks, were talking 4k.
I HAD TO TRY REAL HARD TO SPEND THAT MUCH MONEY AND ONLY DID BECAUSE OF THIER SO CALLED EXCELLENT REPUTATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. WELL ALL THAT IS BULLSH*T PROBABLY PUT ON MET BY THIER EMPLOYEES Cause no one else can afford one. This company is a scam,, they have a bunch of resellers like pc torque who i bought mine through but after the sale they wont return a email or call.
Stick em up because once you pay your screwed, now i can not work my software that costs 400 every quarter to feed my family andsager doesnt give a sh*t.
Stay away and deal with a real company, these calfornia dip sh*ts suck.
