Aknaf is the worst spa program ever. Do not buy this. They have the Worst customer service. Only 3 people work there and they are all monatone morans. We bought the program license for FOUR computers, and they still wont help us. We constantly have problems, then our computer crashed, and we needed help to replace everything. The lady walked me through everything, and i did everything she said, and it messed up my computer more! They dont even know what they are doing there!!!
This program is defective, and we have had many issues. When you call and ask for help they give you attitude, and Dont help!!! They told me to pay $300 for help. Uhh, i bought you program and paid for that!
I asked to speak to a supervisor, and he started screaming and yelling at me, when all i did was ask for the same version we Bought before our computer crashed. He got so upset and ended up hanging up on me, telling me I have 2 more weeks and after that they are ignorning Every call of mine!!!
I would concider this company to be scum. There is so many more spa programs, as well as any program to run your business, you'll be sorry if you use this one
