I had the MetroGuard handset insurance and had requested to stop the insurance in November and after two payments, it still was not cancelled. I cancelled by phone with a rep and he assured me it would be done. I complained with Metropcs, but they only apologized. What do I do about this? Who should I talk to, to get refunded for 2 months of Metroguard payments? Thnx.
