My son made a collect call from New York to Ireland, through Legacy, who asked would I accept it, & asked for my credit card details. The employee did not explain anything, was very ruthless in her dealings, had no regard for anything except the credit card number, & was very impatient because she did not immediately understand my accent.
I spoke to my son for about 2 minutes, & I was horrified to discover that Legacy took 47 dollars for that. Formerly, when I accepted collect calls, they went on my phone bill, for a reasonable amount, but this was daylight robbery. Legacy are vultures, feeding off unsuspecting people, I have never encountered such tactics in a phone company in my life. They deserve to be investigated & put out of a business like this.
