Trax Sales
Traxsales retail door counters, I notified the owner Dave that I was returning my retail counter that it was not working for my business and I was going to use the Guarantee he had. Dave said fine send it back

I ordered a retail tracking system from trax sales in 2007. I sent the system back as the company offered a money back guarantee. I spoke with the owner Dave and he said fine. A few weeks later I called and asked him where my refund check was adn he stated he was tight on money and would get it to me when he could well it's been 4 years and he still has not returned the equipment or my money. I am filing this repot as the BBB just sent me a letter stating they cannot help as he is an internet company.

I have owned my business since 2002 and I do not understand how some company's can do these things to people. This was a business to business transaction and other's need to know how this man conduct's business!
