I purchased a laptop and accidential damage warrenty at the Wesley Chaple Best Buy less then 6 months ago. I borke the screen, and returned it to the store, I was told the warrenty only covers dropping and spills. I called Mike an ASM at the Wesley Chapel Best Buy and he offered to refund a portion of my $60.00 dollars I paid for the warrenty and nothing more. I spoke to Rich M at the corporate office and he repeated the same words Mike said. Later in the Day Thomas Grey the stores GM called me and first repeated what had already told.

I then told him I will write my experience on every consumer web site immaginable and let the public know, that when you are checking out, and the sales person is trying to add on as many markups they can to think hard before saying sure. He then later began to ask me what he could do for me. I told him to take care of his customers. And tell the customer it has lots of exclusions. I had also left a message for Scott Reams The District Mgr and 24 hours later, no return call. So please ask lots of questions before you agree to buy these so called warrenties. Thomas Greey said they are not warrenties, they are insurance policies.
