Anybody looking to purchase a Magtag washer DON'T GET IT DONE. We bought our on 1/26/09 and we're presently awaiting the 4th drum/showing construction to become changed. It's on back-order until 5/13. We've been waiting since 4/1. We named Maytag and essentially got the too harmful to you. I had been educated that because we bought the warranty that it's not their issue anymore. It's the issue of the company. I questioned many times why they didn't back their title, and also the CS representative. Managed to get completely clear it had been not their problem.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Customer Support as well as worse item!!!
